[摘 要] 近几年,随着我国经济的不断发展和生活水平的日益提高以及人口的快速增长，大量人口涌入城市，使得大家对于住房的需求大为提升。房产交易也日益火爆，很多商家也看到了其中的商机，房产信息管理系统应运而生。但是目前很多房产信息网站比较杂乱，为了让开发商能够方便，快速的发布房产信息，能够使客户及时，准确的获取相关房产信息。本系统是在服务器端运行的Web程序，采用B/S(Browser/Server)三层结构，使用Asp.net网页开发技术和SQL Server数据库。本文对系统从功能需求、系统设计进行分析，包括系统各个功能模块和数据库的具体设计，最后详细描述系统的开发实现过程。系统旨在买卖住房更加省时快捷，房产发布者发布楼盘信息，经管理员审核通过方可显示信息，购买者可以在网站上进行搜索对比，使房价公平公正透明化。系统是指对开发的楼盘信息进行发布管理，内容清晰明了针对性强，界面简洁操作简单。

Design and Implementation of the Real Estate Information Management System

Abstract: In recent years, with the continuous development of economy, improvement of living standard, and the rapid increase of population in China, more and more people move to the cities and accordingly result in a great demand on housing. As the real estate transaction become increasingly popular and many businessman find this opportunities, the information management system of real estate has arisen at this moment. However, the complicated information websites of real estate, and in order to make convenience for developers timely to publish the information of real estate, to inform customers all information of real estate related timely and accurately. System uses three-layer structure of B/S (Browser/Server), using Asp.net webpage design development technology and SQL Server as database development tools. The article analyzes the system on function requirement, system design, including the function module and database design, finally describes the system realization process. This system is Web procedure running in the server .The system was aim at offers a quick and convenient platform to make house transaction. The real estate publisher release estate information though examined by administrator .The buyers make a contrast by search on the website, so house price will be a fair, impartial and transparent. This system refers to publish and manage the real estate information finished; it has the characteristics of clear content and clear objective, Interface simple and easy to operate.
